We sauteed the burger to bring out the flavor.

You have to put on the cheese while the Burger is hot.

Look at those chopped veggies!We like to use raw onions, but sauteed or caramelized onions are also very tasty!

And there you have it! The perfect burger!

Chicken Bread

Right now you might be asking, huh? Chicken bread? Is that a thing? Well guess what? It is. It is chicken, with sauteed onions, spinach, etc.,wrapped in bread. Our friend gave us the recipe and it turned out wonderful: The bread was soft, the chicken was well-seasoned and tendered and the veggies and herbs added a wonderful earthiness. It made an amazing brunch

It looks like a centipede doesn't it? It was DELICIOUS!

A visit to La Caridad bakery in Tampa

Today we went to La Caridad bakery as part of weekly discovery of bakeries in Tampa.

We found a small bakery with many delicious items and a LOT of people waiting for their order..it is obviously a very popular Colombian bakery. Look at all that delicious food!
